Welcome to Organisational Basics

'Order for the Chaotic Mind' is designed to support neurodivergent people in developing a greater awareness of their own personal power. It will teach organizational skills through exploring Chaos Theory, mindfulness, reflecting on internal thoughts, feelings and divergent strengths. This is a mini course that will take you about 20-25 hours to complete, should you engage with all the materials fully. No particular background or training is needed prior to taking this course.

What You Will Learn

- Define chaos theory - Explain how the butterfly effect works - Understand behaviour based on past experience - Apply mindfulness, art and logic to secure personal regulation - Reflect on self as 'dynamic sensitive system' - Apply the butterfly effect to a personal situation - List ways to bring order to chaotic feelings and thoughts

Who This Course is For

Designed to teach and evaluate individuals in developing basic organizational skills, including exploring definitions, the importance of play and understanding the notion of 'transferable skills'. This course is great for adults, students, graduates, and neurodivergent individuals.
