Welcome to Organisational Basics

This mini course teaches planning skills and helps neurodivergent individuals how to think and plan in a logical structured manner. Having the ability to plan boosts productivity, self confidence and goals achievement. "Planning and Productivity" also covers the role of space and energy management as well as motivation-factors in being productive. This is a mini course that will take you about 20-25 hours to complete, should you engage with all the materials fully. No particular background or training is needed prior to taking this course.

What You Will Learn

- Define planning - Recognize the difference between planning and productivity - Develop awareness of internal and external senses of the Self - Define and understand the meaning of resilience as relevant to productivity - List the four key steps in planning - Apply the process of planning, to achieve goals - Reflect on how 'space' needs to be guarded
