• Explain SFIA’s purpose and structure by describing its seven levels of responsibility, generic attributes, and behavioural factors, and how they support consistent skills management across industries and organizational models. • Apply SFIA to workforce and career development by mapping skills and behaviours to organizational needs, role profiles, and career pathways, interpreting SFIA profiles, and understanding how skills connect to responsibilities. • Evaluate skills and competencies using SFIA by distinguishing between knowledge, skill, and competency, and applying these concepts in workforce and career contexts. This includes using SFIA for skills assessment, role matching, identifying capability gaps, supporting recruitment and development decisions, and applying skills profiling effectively.
