Designed as an ecosystem for inclusive performance, the team enablement package initialised UntappedMe with a gaming centre across the domains of Untapped’s 7 strategic levers. Team Enablement exercises different skills and capabilities such as awareness, application, and reflection through team-based dynamics.

Our team enablement detective series
Expanding upon this foundation, the learning centre was developed as a hub for professional progression and personal growth. Through our partnership with SFIA, Untappedme offers courses such as an introduction to the Skills Framework for the Information Age, Behaviours and Behavioural Framework, and SFIA Foundations Advanced.
Untappedme continues to expand as a platform for both individuals and organisations to improve. The individual component focuses on empowering professionals with access to training, certifications, digital badges, and support services. The organisation component focuses on enabling teams, improving inclusive practices, and building workforce capability. Together, these components contribute to the broader Untappedme ecosystem that advances professionals in the workplace.
